Things that are awesome about my new place:
There’s a cat. He’s adorable, but I don’t have to pay his vet bills.
There’s front loader washer and dryer in the basement. Finally, my clothes will stop getting destroyed in my dryer from 1990 and I can stop hoarding quarters to pay for it.
It’s a condo. Because I’m swanky like that.
