Things that are awesome about my new place:

• There’s a cat. He’s adorable, but I don’t have to pay his vet bills.
• There’s front loader washer and dryer in the basement. Finally, my clothes will stop getting destroyed in my dryer from 1990 and I can stop hoarding quarters to pay for it.
• It’s a condo. Because I’m swanky like that.
• The whole upstairs loft area is mine. With a skylight in my room, and a walk-in closet. I intend to full-blown Martha making this look awesome.
• My commute to work is going to be- 10- count ‘em- 10 minutes. 
• My roommate is a pastry chef. I intend to let her gain weight vicariously through me, by eating as much as she’s willing to share.
• It’s in a nice suburban neighborhood. No traffic noise. 
• I can save.money. 

Doesn’t sound half bad. :)
